We collect personal data only when you provide it to us directly, specifically:

• Contact form submissions. Name, work email address, company, role, service of interest, and the message you write, when you submit our contact form.
• Direct correspondence. Any information you include when you email us directly.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, so we do not collect browsing behavior data through this site. See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies we do use.

3. Why we process your data, and our legal basis

• Responding to your inquiry — processed under our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business inquiries, or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Delivering a contracted engagement — where you become a client, processed under contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Legal and accounting obligations — processed under legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) where applicable, e.g. invoicing records.

4. Who we share data with

We use a limited number of processors to run this site and our business. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and only processes data on our instructions:

• Supabase — stores contact form submissions in a database. Depending on the hosting region selected for our Supabase project, data may be processed within the EU/EEA or transferred to a third country under appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes requests to serve pages and run the contact form. Vercel Inc. is based in the United States; transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if a business relationship develops, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by applicable legal or tax obligations. If we have not heard from you and no engagement results, we delete contact form submissions after 24 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data
• Request restriction of processing
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority
